Ronald Davis founded Tri-State Design Construction Company, Inc. in 1975, he currently assumes responsibility for the company's overall operation including: general supervision of management staff; marketing and business development.

Ross M. Leslie - Director of Operations

Mr. Leslie has over thirty years of result-oriented management experience.  He is responsible for in-house quality management of estimating and project progression. Ross' duties include ensuring that all job policies, safety, schedule, and quality procedures are in accord with project and company standards; coordinating and supervising project managers and superintendents on all government and commercial projects.

Estimated and was successful bidder on government construction project for Criminal 
Justice Center valued at $92,000,000.

Hubert Hinds - Chief Estimator

Mr. Hinds has been in the construction business for over 30 years he is responsible for preparing estimates for company bids on public and private sector projects.  Mr. Hinds is in charge of performing final review of bids prepared by all of the companys other estimators. Bid preparation includes pre-bid meetings/site visits, take-offs, and all phases of estimating. Hubert's duties also include interfacing with project managers and site superintendents; preparing bid documents for negotiations and negotiating with subcontractors.
